- • As an Account Executive for MM Local Payroll at Deel, you will sell PaySpace by Deel’s cloud-native HR and payroll platform to UK and global customers, driving revenue growth in the mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees) and contributing to the company’s mission of enabling compliant, scalable global work.
- • You will take full ownership of your accounts, manage the end-to-end customer buying journey, conduct engaging product demos, build and nurture a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and the broader sales team, and ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team for seamless implementation.
- • You will continuously refine your sales strategies, provide actionable feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams for improvement, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets through disciplined prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- • Joining a high-impact, globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, you’ll work within Deel’s innovative culture backed by a $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR, gaining deep expertise in HR tech sales while accelerating your career at the forefront of the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company or startup environment
- • Proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment (100-1,500 employees)
- • Expertise in selling SaaS-based payroll and HR solutions for in-house use
- • Up-to-date knowledge of current UK labour laws and legislation
- • Strong hunter mentality with exceptional closing skills and a self-starter, go-getter attitude
- • Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service that turns clients into lifelong advocates
- • Comfortable conducting engaging product demos in a pre-sales setting
- • Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment
- • Located in the UK or within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
