(Remote) Account Manager

📋 Description

• • The Account Manager is a client-facing marketing role responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing programs for assigned accounts, serving as the primary strategic owner for a portfolio of accounts and secondary point of contact for larger, high-value clients under the guidance of an Account Director.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships through strategic guidance and responsiveness, leading client meetings and planning discussions, developing and maintaining strategic account plans aligned to client goals, assessing client performance and making data-informed recommendations, owning revenue targets including renewals and upsell opportunities, overseeing timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
