- • As a Growth Partner Manager at Flagler Health, you will lead partner development and relationship management across the company’s referral, channel, and strategic partner ecosystem, directly contributing to pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion in the musculoskeletal care space.
- • Day to day, you will own and manage all partner relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for communication and enablement, develop joint go-to-market initiatives, identify and onboard new channel partners, track performance metrics, and build scalable partnership processes and reporting systems.
- • Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care, partnering with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to improve patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and longitudinal care delivery, backed by recent Series B funding and in a high-growth phase.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare partnership strategy, gain experience scaling partner ecosystems in digital health, and drive measurable revenue outcomes through strategic relationship management and co-selling initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales roles
- • Proven track record of sourcing, managing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships in healthcare, SaaS, digital health, or high-growth startup environments
- • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- • Experience owning or contributing to pipeline generation and revenue growth targets
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • Healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred
