• • As the first dedicated Solutions Architect and founding hire for Payward Services’ Solutions Engineering function, you will shape the pre-sales motion from zero to one, enabling B2B customers to adopt Kraken’s crypto infrastructure without building it themselves.
• • You will partner with sales, the Partner Solutions Lead, Engineering, and Implementation teams to run technical discovery, design tailored solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and ensure seamless handoffs that turn prospects into closed deals.
• • Payward Services is Kraken’s B2B infrastructure division, delivering crypto trading, fiat rails, yield, tokenized equities, and compliance to fintechs, neobanks, and institutions — already powering companies like Bunq with scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
• • You will build the foundational playbook for the Solutions Engineering team, define best practices, identify product gaps, and directly influence the product roadmap by translating customer needs into prioritized features.
