- • As a Senior Director, Business Development, APAC at Circle Internet Financial Limited, you will lead strategic partnership development across Asia, driving growth for the company’s digital asset and blockchain infrastructure platforms, including USDC and Arc, to expand Circle’s presence in key global jurisdictions.
- • Day to day, you will own OKRs, build and manage a partnership pipeline, negotiate and close high-impact deals with C-level executives, develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate cross-functionally, and maintain deal hygiene while fostering a high-integrity, metrics-driven team culture.
- • Circle is a NYSE-listed internet financial platform building open, global financial infrastructure through regulated stablecoins, payment networks, and enterprise blockchain, committed to values like High Integrity, Future Forward, and Driven by Excellence, with a flexible, remote-first work environment in Singapore.
- • In this role, you will achieve significant business growth by originating strategic opportunities, establishing executive relationships with major partners, innovating partnership models, and contributing to Circle’s mission of creating an inclusive financial future through transparency and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 13+ years of experience in business development or similar function
- • 7+ years of experience developing strategic partnerships in fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services
- • Proven ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience
- • Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across expansive initiatives to maximize business growth
- • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English, with Mandarin as a significant plus
- • Appetite for work travel (30-50% required depending on time of year)
