📋 Description
- • As a (Senior) Insurance Broker Partner Manager at Eye Security, you will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with insurance broker partners to sell the company's Cyber Insurance solution, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
- • Day to day, you will draft contracts, close deals, develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness, present solutions at trade fairs and events, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive partnership success.
- • Eye Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up in Europe, combining effective cybersecurity with cyber insurance on a global scale, offering a dynamic environment where you can leverage resources to support company growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in cybersecurity and insurance partnership models, strengthen strategic partnership management skills, and grow professionally through active support for your development path while working alongside top-tier cybersecurity specialists.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker, or reseller partnerships
- • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- • Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- • Analytical skills and solid strategic planning ability
- • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a team player attitude
- • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
