- • As a Sales Development Representative at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and other outreach efforts, playing a key role in fueling the company’s rapid growth in the business travel and fintech space.
- • Day to day, you will make high-volume outbound calls to prospects, leverage LinkedIn and email to identify and research leads, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, collaborate with account executives and marketing teams, keep CRM systems updated with accurate lead data, stay current on product knowledge and sales best practices, and consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume, meetings set, and lead conversion rates.
