  • • As an Account Executive at Solventum, you will manage approximately 30+ regional health system accounts within a geographical region, driving revenue through prospecting, selling, and retaining healthcare solutions while building strategic relationships with C-level decision makers.
  • • Day to day, you will cultivate customer relationships, position value and benefits to executive stakeholders, manage time and resources for effective territory coverage, and maintain deep understanding of clients’ short and long-term initiatives, success metrics, and challenges.
  • • Solventum is a new healthcare company forged from 3M’s legacy, dedicated to improving lives through breakthrough innovations at the intersection of health, material, and data science, guided by empathy, clinical intelligence, and collaboration with top healthcare minds.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in complex healthcare sales, master consultative selling of high-value ($750K+) technology solutions, become a trusted advisor to health system executives, and consistently exceed sales quotas while contributing to meaningful improvements in patient care and healthcare delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree AND seven (7) years of sales experience
  • • Minimum 5+ combined years of healthcare sales and service experience
  • • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM forecasting systems
  • • 5–7 years of direct sales experience in high-technology healthcare, including Revenue Cycle solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • • Experience selling and delivering complex, high-value ($750K+) technology solutions across multiple departments in large hospital systems, including contract negotiation and closing
