- • As a Sales Agent at Branch Financial, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in making insurance more accessible by helping individuals secure accurate, affordable coverage for their homes, cars, and families through expert guidance and personalized service.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting inbound and outbound calls to prospective members, delivering fast and accurate multi-carrier quotes, managing your sales pipeline with proactive follow-up, identifying bundling opportunities, and representing the Branch brand with professionalism and a member-first mindset.
- • Branch is a remote-first, fast-growing insurtech company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with additional offices in Missouri and Illinois, dedicated to redefining insurance through data, technology, and automation while fostering a culture of equity, transparency, and employee ownership.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in multi-carrier insurance sales, strengthen your underwriting judgment, master digital quoting platforms, and grow your impact by directly contributing to Branch’s mission of simplifying insurance and passing savings to members—all while advancing your career in a supportive, high-performance environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • An active Property & Casualty license
- • 2–4 years of experience in multi-carrier home and auto insurance sales
- • Strong understanding of underwriting, risk appetite, and coverage structures
- • Prior agency experience strongly preferred, especially with multi-carrier quoting
- • Tech-forward and adaptable, comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital workflows (rater/carrier platforms)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, confident, and member-focused
