  • • Lead the operationalization and scaling of Nomagic’s partner ecosystem as the first hire on the channel team, directly reporting to the Global Partnerships Director.
  • • Transform existing partner agreements and blueprints into a functioning, revenue-generating channel engine by connecting partner sales teams with qualified opportunities.
  • • Generate and nurture pipeline through active engagement with partners, ensuring every deal progresses through the sales cycle to closure.
  • • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partner organizations across Europe and the United States through regular travel and in-person meetings.
  • • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partner enablement, training, and go-to-market materials with the needs of channel sales representatives.
  • • Track and report on channel performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve partner productivity and deal velocity.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, acting as their advocate within Nomagic while ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • • Drive partner onboarding processes, including contract execution, technical enablement, and sales training, to accelerate time-to-revenue for new partners.
  • • Identify and qualify new partner opportunities to expand the ecosystem beyond the initial signed partners.
  • • Translate market feedback from partners into actionable insights for product, marketing, and sales teams to refine Nomagic’s Physical AI offering for warehouse automation.
  • • Represent Nomagic at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits across Europe and the US to strengthen brand presence and cultivate strategic alliances.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner activities, pipeline status, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  • • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment with minimal supervision, taking ownership of channel success and revenue outcomes.
  • • Be deeply motivated by seeing direct impact on company revenue through partner-driven sales and customer acquisition.
  • • Embrace the mission of teaching robots the real world by enabling partners to bring Nomagic’s Physical AI technology into warehouse operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or channel operations within a B2B technology company
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a partner ecosystem from zero to a functioning revenue channel
  • • Strong track record of generating pipeline and closing deals through third-party partners
  • • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe and the United States
  • • Experience working directly with sales teams to enable and motivate partner representatives
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
