- • DeepL Voice is at the forefront of revolutionizing real-time multilingual communication. Leveraging DeepL's unparalleled translation quality, the Voice product line integrates our Research, Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver seamless, real-time speech-to-speech interpretation solutions for meetings, live conversations, and developer integrations. In a remarkably short span of two years, DeepL Voice has successfully launched its initial customer-facing products and established robust, low-latency real-time systems. We are now embarking on a phase of global scaling, focusing on expanding adoption, uncovering new use cases, and defining a completely new product category within multilingual communication.
- • As a Voice Product Evangelist, your primary responsibility will be to drive the successful market introduction and adoption of DeepL Voice at scale. This is a critical customer-facing GTM role designed to provide comprehensive support to our sales teams. You will take the lead in customer conversations specifically related to Voice solutions, guiding organizations in understanding and embracing real-time translation technology. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Product Management, and Marketing teams to meticulously shape the positioning, demonstration, and sales strategies for our Voice offerings.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Collaborate intimately with Account Executives on all Voice-related sales opportunities, particularly within enterprise customer segments.
- • Spearhead Voice-specific discovery sessions, product demonstrations, pilot programs, and customer presentations, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and how DeepL Voice can address them.
- • Serve as the definitive subject-matter expert for the entire DeepL Voice product suite, covering a wide array of use cases including virtual meetings, live interpersonal conversations, and API integrations.
- • Actively contribute to the development and continuous refinement of essential Voice sales collateral, including compelling talk tracks, comprehensive playbooks, and persuasive presentation materials.
- • Empower and enable our sales teams through targeted training sessions, providing hands-on guidance and strategic support on complex deals.
- • Represent DeepL Voice with authority and expertise in critical customer meetings, intensive workshops, and high-level strategic engagements.
- • Systematically gather and synthesize customer feedback and insights from the field to directly inform product positioning, messaging, and future roadmap development.
- • Act as a public-facing ambassador and trusted authority for the DeepL Voice product, engaging effectively with enterprise customers, prospective clients, strategic partners, and broader industry audiences.
- • Clearly and persuasively communicate the product vision, strategic roadmap, and unique value proposition of DeepL Voice to both executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
- • Skillfully translate intricate technical capabilities into compelling, business-oriented narratives that resonate with the specific needs and challenges of enterprise clients.
- • Partner closely with regional sales leadership to ensure the achievement and surpassing of ambitious financial targets for the Voice product line.
- • Work hand-in-hand with enterprise sales teams to provide specialized support for strategic deals, including impactful presentations, tailored demonstrations, in-depth workshops, and executive briefings.
- • Develop and deliver high-impact product messaging, optimized demo flows, and convincing proof points specifically designed for enterprise buyers.
- • Participate actively in pivotal customer meetings, pilot evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements as the designated product authority.
- • Represent DeepL at prestigious industry conferences, informative webinars, key customer events, and exclusive executive forums, establishing thought leadership.
- • Generate and disseminate impactful thought leadership content, including engaging talks, insightful blog posts, comprehensive whitepapers, and informative videos, all focused on addressing enterprise challenges and emerging trends.
- • Cultivate credibility and exert influence within relevant enterprise technology communities, building strong professional networks.
- • Serve as the internal 'voice of the customer,' channeling critical insights and feedback back to Product Management and senior leadership teams.
- • Proactively gather intelligence on enterprise needs, potential adoption barriers, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
- • Contribute significantly to shaping product strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and refining product packaging based on real-world usage and market demands.
- • Foster seamless cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure message consistency and complete customer alignment.
- • Provide dedicated support for the successful launch of new features and capabilities, ensuring market readiness and effective adoption.
