📋 Description
- • As a Customer Success Manager at SalesCloser.ai, you will support and grow a large portfolio of SMB and mid-market customers through scalable, high-impact programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a high-volume book of accounts, prioritizing based on health and risk, monitoring usage, designing automated engagement flows (email sequences, webinars, in-app), building renewal playbooks, and proactively intervening to reduce churn.
- • You will join a fast-paced, data-driven Customer Success team that operates cross-functionally to ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes, leveraging tools like Vitally, Intercom, and CRM platforms to track KPIs and share insights.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in scalable customer success operations, automation, health scoring, and renewal strategy while contributing to product and process improvements in a high-growth SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
- • Experience managing a high-volume book of business
- • Strong operational mindset and comfort working with data to identify trends
- • Familiarity with tools like Vitally, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- • Experience building or optimizing CS playbooks and automation workflows
- • Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of a second language is an asset
