- • Join Dash0 as an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our entry into the enterprise market in the Nordics region, closing strategic lighthouse accounts and shaping how enterprises transition from legacy observability platforms like Datadog and New Relic.
- • Penetrate and close new business across large enterprise accounts in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland; develop multi-threaded account plans from developer teams to C-level executives; lead complex commercial negotiations for seven-figure, multi-year agreements; coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers and product specialists; articulate ROI and build compelling business cases; generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting; and provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and qualification methodologies.
- • Work directly with leadership to build Dash0’s enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up in a high-growth, venture-backed startup backed by Balderton Capital, Accel, and Cherry Ventures; collaborate with a founding team with deep observability expertise and a builder mindset culture.
- • Develop mastery in value-based sales methodologies, strengthen enterprise sales acumen, and grow your impact by owning part of the company through equity while shaping the future of OpenTelemetry-native observability in the Nordics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales with a focus on new logo acquisition and account expansion
- • Consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1M+, managing multiple large deals in parallel
- • Mastery of a value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDD(P)ICC, Command of the Message) to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6–12 months
- • Strong business acumen and fluency in the language of value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership
- • Professional fluency in English, plus one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
