- • As a Corporate Account Director at Henry Schein One, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s presence within the UK’s largest dental groups by owning the strategy and execution for acquiring and growing major corporate accounts.
- • You will drive the acquisition of high-value corporate accounts, lead the rollout and implementation of Dentally in large multi-site organisations, act as a senior point of contact for strategic clients, and own project management of key workstreams while aligning internal teams to deliver consistent experiences across onboarding, support, product, and commercial functions.
- • You will develop strategic account plans focused on growth, customer success, and retention, monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, deliver quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to influence roadmap priorities based on client feedback.
- • You will support contract renewals and commercial negotiations, represent Henry Schein One at industry events and client forums, and track account health and growth opportunities using CRM and reporting tools, all while being the trusted face of the company for its highest-value accounts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years’ experience managing enterprise or corporate accounts in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- • Proven success in securing, onboarding, and growing large B2B client relationships
- • Experience writing and winning complex tenders
- • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, ideally with experience delivering complex rollouts across multi-site organisations
- • High commercial acumen with experience negotiating large-scale contracts and renewal agreements
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including C-suite presentation capability
