  • • As Head of Sales (German-speaking), you will architect the entire commercial engine for a fast-scaling, founder-led European B2B signage company, owning inbound and outbound sales functions, CRM and AI-driven workflow transformation, and the full customer journey from first touch to retention of premium accounts.
  • • You will manage and develop a growing team of sales consultants, working closely with founders to shape strategy and execute with discipline, ensuring structured planning and execution to meet targets rather than relying on gut-feel management.
  • • You will join a proven business with real revenue and real clients since 2014, operating across Germany, Sweden, Poland, and beyond, with offices in Berlin, WrocĹ‚aw, and Helsingborg, at an exciting inflection point building the senior commercial team for European market leadership.
  • • You will gain direct access to founders, real influence over commercial strategy, and the opportunity to build something lasting at a profitable, growing company while developing deep market and customer understanding to inform product, pricing, and strategic direction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in a digital-native or e-commerce environment
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams with structure and discipline, not just hiring top performers
  • • Strong command of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and data-driven decision making
  • • German at native level (non-negotiable) and professional English
  • • Experience with or genuine eagerness to implement AI-native tools and workflows (agents, automations, etc.)
