- • The Sales Development Representative - Dutch role at Qualtrics is a critical entry point into the sales organization, responsible for generating qualified leads and building the sales pipeline by engaging Dutch-speaking decision-makers across industries. This role drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities, initiating outreach, and setting the stage for meaningful customer relationships in the Experience Management space.
- • Day to day, you will make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails daily, add 15+ new contacts to your cadence, collaborate with Account Executives to strategize account penetration, partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns, and use LinkedIn and Salesforce proficiently to track activity and improve performance through peer feedback and role-playing.
- • You will join a high-performing, collaborative Sales Development team within Qualtrics’ global sales organization, known for its structured career path, hybrid work model (3 days in Dublin office, 2 days remote), and commitment to continuous learning through mentorship, training, and team-based skill development.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales communication skills, gain deep expertise in Qualtrics’ Experience Management platform, master CRM and sales engagement tools, and build a foundation for rapid career progression into Account Executive or leadership roles — all while being rewarded for exceeding quotas and driving your own professional growth.
