- ⢠The Director, Strategic Partnerships is a critical member of Harvard Business Publishingâs Strategic Partnerships Team, responsible for evolving the B2B channel ecosystemâincluding learning experience platforms (LXPs), content aggregators, and enterprise platformsâto expand HBPâs impact, relevance, and reach in the AI era.
- ⢠Day to day, the role involves owning and evolving HBPâs portfolio of B2B channel partnerships, defining strategic objectives and success metrics for each partner, leading partner identification and negotiation, managing ongoing relationships, ensuring brand and IP guardrails, and collaborating cross-functionally to align channel strategies with enterprise priorities.

- ⢠10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, corporate development, or related strategy roles with a track record of delivering on revenue growth expectations
- ⢠Strong orientation toward enterprise markets
- ⢠Deep experience and proven competency with complex dealmaking and relationship management
- ⢠Experience with platform-based partnerships such as LXPs or content ecosystems
- ⢠Strong commercial judgment paired with operational execution
- ⢠Collaborative, low-ego leadership style
