- • As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Rula Health, you will own and evolve the enterprise employer growth strategy, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise organizations to drive full-cycle enterprise sales and shape how Rula wins in this segment.
- • You will drive pipeline and outcomes, navigate health plan and employer dynamics, and partner across teams to remove blockers and scale what works into durable, company-level impact while refining positioning and influencing cross-functional partners.
- • Rula Health is a remote-first company dedicated to treating the whole person in mental healthcare, believing mental health is just as important as physical health and striving to create a world where mental health is embraced as integral to overall well-being.
