- • Serve as a Regional VP for Independent Financial Producers (IFPs) in Florida, managing and expanding relationships with financial advisors, firms, and IMOs/BGAs to grow Pacific Life’s market share.
- • Recruit new independent financial professionals and firms that do not currently sell life insurance, integrating Pacific Life’s products into their client offerings.
- • Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to drive vertical and horizontal growth in the Florida market.
- • Provide education on Pacific Life’s life insurance products, case design strategies, underwriting support, and marketing resources to independent producers.
- • Deliver presentations and speak at industry events, company meetings, and intermediary gatherings to promote Pacific Life’s solutions.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, case design, and underwriting to ensure seamless support for financial producers and their clients.
- • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption among independent financial professionals.
- • Maintain strong, consultative relationships with existing producers to increase policy placements and retention of Pacific Life products.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to financial producers, offering guidance on product selection, underwriting processes, and practice development.
- • Operate 100% remotely from a home office while maintaining consistent communication and engagement with team members and partners.
- • Travel extensively across Florida to meet with producers, attend industry events, and conduct in-person training and client presentations.
- • Represent Pacific Life as a leader in the independent life insurance distribution channel, upholding company values and commitment to policyholder outcomes.
- • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain Pacific Life’s competitive edge in the Florida region.
- • Utilize industry best practices in life insurance wholesaling to drive production, enhance producer satisfaction, and expand distribution reach.
- • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and licensing obligations while conducting business activities.
- • Contribute to regional and national sales initiatives by sharing insights, feedback, and successful strategies with corporate leadership and peers.
