- • As a Regional Business Lead for HAE West at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, you will set objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure operational success while shaping company policies and meeting budgets and schedules. You will manage projects, influence organizational goals, maintain communication with peers and customers, and lead teams and projects as a best practice/quality resource.
- • Day to day, you will coordinate with the Head of HAE Sales and peers to create an integrated selling approach, execute sales and marketing tactics supporting U.S. growth, provide strategic input to marketing, work cross-functionally with Patient Access, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, collaborate with Account Managers on managed market initiatives, partner with Sales Force Effectiveness on sales reporting, develop market-based strategies through data analysis, evaluate business opportunities, and recruit, train, and develop team members while aligning performance to objectives.

You will gain expertise in rare disease markets, payer access, and institutional sales while building leadership capabilities in team development, performance management, and data-driven decision making.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors degree – BS/BA
- • 4 years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, specialty or healthcare industry
- • 3 years of leadership experience or equivalent transferable skills
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data to develop strategic and actionable business plans
- • Demonstrated ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a sales team providing timely feedback
🏖️ Benefits
- • U.S. Base Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $247,500.00
- • Eligibility for short-term and/or long-term incentives

- • Up to 80 hours of sick time and up to 120 hours of paid vacation for new hires per calendar year
