- • As a Senior Sales Development Representative / Inbound SDR at Aircall, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by qualifying inbound leads and nurturing them through the early stages of the sales funnel. Your work directly impacts the company’s ability to scale its customer base and expand market reach for its AI-powered communications platform.
- • Day to day, you will engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn, conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives. You will maintain accurate records in Salesforce, follow up persistently but thoughtfully, and continuously refine your outreach strategy using performance data.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team within Aircall’s North American headquarters in Seattle, with strong collaboration across New York, San Francisco, London, and other global offices. The team is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and execution-focused, operating in a fast-moving environment where ownership and continuous learning are valued.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales prospecting and communication skills, gain deep expertise in AI-powered SaaS solutions, and build a track record of consistent quota attainment. You’ll have the opportunity to grow into a senior individual contributor role or transition into an Account Executive position, supported by mentorship, coaching, and internal mobility pathways.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an SDR or in a lead qualification role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport quickly over phone and video
- • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- • Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales processes and understanding of the customer journey
- • Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable mindset with a commitment to personal and professional growth
