- • The Sales & Operations Manager role at Global Talent Co. is a part-time, fully remote position focused on driving revenue growth and ensuring seamless service delivery in the vehicle transport industry. This role is critical to managing the full sales cycle while coordinating with operations to deliver premium customer experiences across Europe.
- • Day to day, the person will manage inbound and outbound leads from first contact to deal closure, serve as the main point of contact for customers and key accounts, lead negotiations and follow-ups, coordinate customer requirements internally and externally, maintain and optimize CRM data and pipeline tracking, collaborate with operations teams, carriers, and partners, ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations, and identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency and customer retention.
