- • As a Sales Operations Manager at Delinea, you will serve as a dedicated, trusted partner to senior sales leaders and sellers across the America’s Strategic, Enterprise, Latin America, and Canada sales teams, directly supporting the company’s largest and most complex prospects and customers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the operational health of your assigned sales portfolio, providing data-driven insights in leadership meetings, optimizing sales processes and workflows, ensuring forecast accuracy, and driving adoption of tools like Salesforce to reduce seller friction and improve execution.
- • You will be embedded in a high-performing, global team at Delinea, a pioneer in identity security with a cloud-native platform that secures human and machine identities, backed by TPG and committed to innovation, diversity, and a culture of respect and fairness.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic business acumen, influence operational decisions at the executive level, design scalable GTM processes, and gain deep experience in revenue operations, forecasting, and sales strategy — positioning you for continued growth in sales operations and revenue leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role
- • Proven experience supporting sales teams and partnering with senior sales leadership
- • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex analytical models
- • Deep experience with Salesforce; administration experience or certification a strong plus
