📋 Description
- • As a Solutions Engineer at Lakera AG, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects and customers, translating their needs into secure AI solutions using Lakera’s AI Defense Plane to accelerate sales velocity and drive customer success.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, support product configuration, develop technical documentation, and feed real-world feedback into Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
- • Lakera, a Check Point company, is building the security foundation for AI adoption, working with Fortune 500s, startups, and foundation model providers to protect against adversarial misalignment, and is the creator of Gandalf, the world’s most popular AI security game.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI security, influence product direction, build scalable pre- and post-sales processes, and grow as a trusted technical advisor in a fast-moving, high-impact startup environment.
