  • • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive EMEA-specific sales strategy to capture market share in a fragmented retail media landscape.
  • • Identify and penetrate high-growth markets across EMEA, tailoring go-to-market approaches to local retail ecosystems, consumer behaviors, and regulatory environments.
  • • Set and manage regional KPIs and revenue targets aligned with global objectives while accounting for market maturity differences across European and Middle Eastern countries.
  • • Expand Vantage’s client base by securing strategic partnerships with major EMEA retailers and establishing relationships with Retail Media Network Leaders and C-suite executives.
  • • Position Vantage as the essential bridge for cross-border retail media success through thought leadership at key regional AdTech events and industry forums.
  • • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing, diverse EMEA sales team capable of navigating complex, consultative, and multi-lingual enterprise sales cycles.
  • • Bridge regional market needs with global product roadmaps to ensure sales collateral, messaging, and GTM strategies are localized and culturally effective.
  • • Manage the full EMEA sales funnel with rigorous CRM hygiene to ensure a predictable, healthy pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting for executive leadership.
  • • Lead complex enterprise negotiations, including regional pricing strategies and contract legalities such as localized Data Processing Agreements compliant with GDPR and ePrivacy.
  • • Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding that respects local language, service expectations, and regional compliance requirements.
  • • Drive expansion revenue through strategic upselling, positioning Vantage as the operating system for clients’ retail media businesses across EMEA.
  • • Act as a founding member of Vantage’s EMEA team with the potential to evolve into a Regional GTM Leader as the business scales.
  • • Maintain deep expertise in Retail Media Networks (RMNs), AdTech, and MarTech, applying this knowledge to solve unique regional challenges in programmatic advertising and retail media activation.
  • • Demonstrate agility by operating at both strategic and tactical levels, including hands-on involvement in early-stage market entry and client acquisition.
  • • Utilize a data-driven approach to sales coaching, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to optimize team performance and forecast accuracy.
  • • Represent Vantage as a trusted advisor to enterprise retailers, aligning platform capabilities with regional retail media objectives and compliance mandates.
  • • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the EMEA team despite distributed time zones and cultural diversity.
  • • Ensure all commercial activities adhere to regional privacy regulations, including GDPR and ePrivacy directives, and maintain alignment with global compliance standards.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure regional insights inform product development and messaging.
  • • Maintain a strong understanding of localized retail nuances, including payment systems, media buying practices, and shopper journey differences across EMEA markets.
