📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive for Enterprise at Alan, you will drive the full sales cycle for large organizations with over 3,000 employees, including CAC40 companies, turning prospects into long-term customers by aligning health insurance solutions with strategic business goals.
- • You will engage with C-suite executives, HR leaders, CFOs, and other stakeholders to understand complex organizational needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and guide clients through multi-year sales cycles involving RFPs, legal reviews, and cross-functional approvals.
- • You will join a mission-driven, fast-growing health tech company that integrates insurance and smart healthcare delivery to improve employee well-being and reduce employer healthcare costs across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
- • You will develop expertise in enterprise sales within regulated industries, master consultative and relationship-based selling using Alan’s ‘Smart & Soft’ methodology, and contribute to product innovation by feeding market insights back into product and strategy teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8 years of experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing in B2B or enterprise environments.
- • Full professional proficiency in French (C2 level or higher) and advanced proficiency in English.
- • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail in managing long, complex sales processes.
- • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus among multiple stakeholders including HR, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
- • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue (SaaS/subscription-based) business models.
- • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, with willingness to travel regularly to Paris for client meetings and team collaboration.
