📋 Description

• • As Senior Director of Business Development for Simulation at Shield AI, you will lead and scale the Simulation Team within the Hivemind portfolio, driving revenue growth and market expansion for simulation, visualization, and autonomy solutions.
• • You will own bookings performance, integrate Simulation into Shield AI’s broader go-to-market strategy, and build a unified, high-performing sales motion across product lines by partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Hivemind sales leadership.
• • Shield AI is a venture-backed deep-tech company founded in 2015 with a mission to protect service members and civilians through intelligent systems, offering products like V-BAT and X-BAT aircraft, Hivemind Enterprise, and Hivemind Vision, with global operations across the U.S., Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
• • In this role, you will position Simulation offerings within Shield AI’s ecosystem, unlock cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio, and spearhead the opening of new markets in the U.S. and globally, directly contributing to the company’s mission of advancing autonomous systems for national security.
