📋 Description

• As the Sales Director - West, you will lead and expand SonarSource’s sales operations across the Western United States, driving revenue growth by selling AI-powered code review and verification solutions to enterprise customers.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of account executives, building relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 100 companies, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets in a fast-growing, profitable technology leader.
• You will join a global, mission-driven team operating from hubs in Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C., united by the CODE values: Committed, Obsessed with quality, Deliberate, and Effective as one team.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI infrastructure sales, refine leadership and strategic planning skills, and contribute directly to SonarSource’s mission of enabling trusted, secure, and maintainable AI-generated code at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably in developer tools, DevOps, or AI/ML infrastructure
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams in the Western United States
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level and technical executives at large enterprises
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas in competitive, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
