  • • As a Sales Development Representative at Junction Oy, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s go-to-market motion by identifying and engaging potential customers in the healthcare technology space, directly contributing to the mission of making health data accessible and actionable to improve patient outcomes.
  • • You will join a growing sales team of five as the third SDR, working alongside experienced teammates to build pipeline, refine outreach strategies, and support Junction’s ambitious goal of scaling from 4 million to 40 million diagnostics in the next year.
  • • Day to day, you will find and reach out to potential new customers via email, LinkedIn, and other outreach tools, using personalized and compelling messaging to break through noise and initiate meaningful conversations.
  • • You will qualify leads by understanding their needs and challenges, providing relevant context before handing them off to the sales team, ensuring only high-intent opportunities move forward.
  • • You will drive consistent outbound efforts to maintain a healthy flow of leads, incorporating AI-powered tools and automation to increase efficiency and scalability in your workflow.
  • • You will conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging segments like EMRs and enterprise healthcare buyers, and identify new target accounts aligned with Junction’s growth strategy.
  • • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring all interactions and pipeline data are centralized and accessible for reporting and forecasting.
  • • You will regularly share progress on outbound activity, pipeline development, and key metrics with leadership, contributing to data-driven decisions about GTM strategy and resource allocation.
  • • You will collaborate with the broader team to help define best practices for outbound and inbound sales as Junction scales, bringing your own ideas and experimentation to shape the SDR function.
  • • You will work in a hybrid model based in the New York City metro area, spending two days per week in a co-working space and the remainder remotely, with flexibility and support for a productive home office setup.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–2 years of sales development experience, preferably in healthcare or technology industries
  • • Proven ability to generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels with a structured, proactive approach
  • • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, compelling messages that break through noise
  • • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms to manage pipelines and track activity
  • • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, digital health, or enterprise sales cycles (nice-to-have)
  • • Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment (nice-to-have)
