- • As a Senior Account Manager in the SMB Merchant Network at Wonder Technologies, Inc., you will oversee a portfolio of priority and top-performing restaurant partners, building strong relationships and driving retention and revenue growth through strategic account management.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage partner agreement renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- • You will be part of Grubhub, a leader in online food ordering with over 375,000 merchants across 4,000 cities, operating under Wonder Technologies, Inc., with a mission to strengthen restaurant roots and increase their positive impact on communities.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic account planning, data-driven advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and merchant advocacy, while advancing your career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with uncapped commission potential.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED
- • 4-6 years of account management or enterprise account management experience; experience with restaurant owners is a major plus
- • Native-level fluency in English required; Mandarin or Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google products); Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience is a plus
- • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
- • Confidence making outbound calls and willingness to travel for in-person restaurant visits

- • Competitive salary package with base salary range of $88,000 - $110,000 and uncapped commission (OTE up to $137,500)
