- • Manager, Sales - Southeast Asia/ Greater China is a leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performing hunter sales team focused on net new business acquisition in the SEA and Greater China regions, directly contributing to Remote’s mission of enabling compliant global employment.
- • Day to day, the role involves mentoring and guiding direct reports on pipeline development, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices; conducting performance reviews; providing weekly and quarterly reporting on sales metrics; collaborating with marketing and senior sales leadership to refine GTM strategy; and ensuring alignment with Remote’s core values and async work culture.
- • The Sales team at Remote operates as a global, distributed unit driven by innovation, automation, and AI integration, supporting businesses worldwide in hiring, paying, and managing international teams with a people-first, equity-focused culture.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in scaling geographically dispersed teams, refine scalable sales processes, drive consistent quota attainment, and grow your impact through internal mobility opportunities supported by Remote’s Total Rewards philosophy and commitment to employee development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of mentoring direct reports on pipeline building, opportunity advancement, and closing best practices
- • Experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on hunting for net new business
- • Experience with Salesforce and tools used for performing the Account Executive function
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
- • Experience managing a team of Account Executives across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Greater China (advantage)
- • Proven ability to hire and mature a growing team of geographically distributed Account Executives
