- • The Outbound Growth Lead will build and own the company’s outbound engine from the ground up, focusing on generating qualified pipeline and directly impacting revenue growth for an AI-native organization supporting U.S.-based clients.
- • Day to day, the role involves building and executing multi-channel outbound strategies (email, LinkedIn, events), writing high-converting copy, conducting qualification calls, managing outbound infrastructure using tools like Apollo and Clay, and continuously optimizing performance through testing and analytics.
- • The company is an AI-native firm focused on workforce enablement, consulting, and scalable AI integration, operating across events, partnerships, and direct outreach, now prioritizing a predictable outbound engine for growth.
- • In this role, the person will develop end-to-end outbound systems, gain deep expertise in B2B pipeline generation, master AI-enhanced automation, and build scalable, repeatable processes that define the company’s customer acquisition model.
