  • • As the Fractional Head of Sales at Reflow, you will own the go-to-market engine for a workforce and workflow intelligence platform, turning early customer interest into scalable, repeatable growth by building the founding sales team from the ground up.
  • • Day to day, you will oversee the hiring of founding Account Executives, define ideal candidate profiles, conduct interviews, build onboarding plans with 30/60/90 day goals and KPIs, coach AEs through call reviews and feedback, help set revenue targets and hiring plans, design sales processes, select appropriate sales tooling, and act as a strategic thought partner to the founder/CEO in a founder-led sales motion.
  • • Reflow is a remote-first U.S.-based startup building a platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done, with early traction showing strong partner engagement after demos, now seeking to scale its sales motion with experienced leadership.
  • • In this role, you will gain deep ownership of early-stage startup sales strategy, build and mentor a founding sales team from zero, shape revenue operations and hiring plans, and directly influence the company’s path to $10M+ ARR through strategic execution and founder partnership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a CRO or VP Sales at SaaS startups, having grown companies from under $1MM ARR to $10MM+ ARR
  • • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise SaaS with ACVs of at least $50K–$100K+
  • • Significant management background including hiring founding Account Executives, coaching them, and setting ambitious sales targets
  • • Comfort with hourly-based compensation (not retainer or commission), including tracking hours and working efficiently
  • • Based in the USA or Canada only
