- • As an Account Executive, Commercial+ at Vanta, you will drive sales expansion in mid-market and enterprise segments across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the broader APAC region, partnering with sales leadership, marketing, product, and engineering teams to pioneer Vanta’s sales motion.
- • You will identify and qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, run proof-of-value engagements, negotiate and close deals, develop business cases, forecast performance against targets, and build relationships with CISO and C-level executives.
- • You will collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineering, GRC specialists, Legal, Deal Desk, and product teams to align customer needs with product roadmap and ensure successful deal execution in a hybrid role based in Sydney (three days in office).
- • You will contribute to Vanta’s mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification, working with a kind and talented team to revolutionize how global organizations manage risk and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to mid-market and enterprise customers
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas over time
- • Experience managing complex deals and sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- • Strong skills in prospecting, outbound pipeline generation, and new logo hunting
- • Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships with executive presence and communication skills
- • Track record of closing six-figure deals with comfort in seven-figure range
- • Technical proficiency to understand Vanta’s software and engage technical stakeholders
- • Experience collaborating with product teams to promote new products
- • High empathy, consultative selling approach, and focus on long-term customer retention
- • Growth mindset, curiosity, resourcefulness, urgency, and adaptability in fast-paced startup environments
- • Openness to using AI responsibly to enhance productivity and impact
