- ⢠Manage and grow territory revenue by selling Alconās vision care portfolio of products to Eye Care Practitioners.
- ⢠Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- ⢠Clarify customer needs during each sales interaction to align Alconās innovative products with doctor and patient requirements.
- ⢠Execute marketing plans for specific products to drive customer behavior change and increase product adoption.
- ⢠Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement executional plans that meet both customer and organizational objectives.
- ⢠Adapt communication style and approach in real time to match the evolving demands of different sales situations.
- ⢠Use persuasive arguments to gain support and commitment from Eye Care Practitioners and other stakeholders.
- ⢠Make timely, high-quality decisions that advance organizational goals and maintain sales momentum.
- ⢠Build and sustain strong, customer-centric relationships focused on long-term trust and satisfaction.
- ⢠Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and quarterly activities to align with organizational targets and sales quotas.
- ⢠Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas as the primary performance metric.
- ⢠Meet required call metrics including reach and frequency to targeted Eye Care Practitioner accounts.
- ⢠Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and company policies during all customer interactions.
- ⢠Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities and customer engagements in company systems.
- ⢠Represent Alconās brand and values through professional conduct, ethical sales practices, and patient-centered focus.
- ⢠Leverage product knowledge and clinical insights to educate Eye Care Practitioners on the benefits and applications of Alconās vision care technologies.
- ⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory while retaining and expanding existing accounts.
- ⢠Participate in training programs and product updates to stay current on Alconās evolving portfolio and market trends.
- ⢠Work remotely from New York while maintaining consistent communication and alignment with regional and national sales teams.
- ⢠Travel as needed within the territory to meet with Eye Care Practitioners, attend events, or participate in team meetings.
