📋 Description
- • Research and identify strategic partners including resellers, solution providers, consultancies, technology alliances, and marketplaces that align with Sift’s ideal customer profile and go-to-market strategy.
- • Engage and qualify prospective partners by analyzing their business model, customer base, and existing technology stack to determine mutual fit and partnership potential.
- • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including personalized calls, emails, and social outreach, with an expectation of 40–50 meaningful activities per day.
- • Set up introductory and discovery calls between qualified partner prospects and Sift’s Partner Managers to advance partnership discussions.
- • Support partner onboarding and early enablement by sharing core Sift collateral, demonstrating high-level platform capabilities, and ensuring partners fully understand Sift’s value proposition.
- • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute account-based and partner-based campaigns, including joint events, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.
- • Represent the Sift brand at partner conferences and industry events to build relationships, expand the partner network, and increase Sift’s visibility within the ecosystem.
- • Drive partner-sourced pipeline by identifying high-potential opportunities and supporting early co-selling motions to convert partners into active revenue contributors.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner interactions, pipeline status, and outreach activities in Salesforce and other sales/partner tools.
- • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback, campaign results, and evolving market dynamics to improve partner engagement and conversion rates.
- • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication between partner teams and internal stakeholders, aligning partner initiatives with broader company goals.
- • Contribute to the development of Sift’s partner ecosystem by providing insights from the field on partner needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- • Participate in the company’s career development program to build core sales and partnership skills with a focus on long-term growth in software and technology sales.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of prior partner development experience (SaaS, tech, or startup experience is a plus)
- • Experience using sales and partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; partner portals or PRM tools a plus)
- • BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) – or equivalent experience
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- • Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
- • Passion for partnerships, sales, and a desire to build a career in software and technology
