- • As an Enterprise Account Executive at Glean Technologies, you will drive new business and growth within the Nordics region by developing tailored strategies to break into and expand major enterprise accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming work with AI through its Work AI platform.
- • You will source and close net new logos within your territory, navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions, research customer business objectives to perform value-driven sales cycles, collaborate with internal partners (SEs, BDRs, PMs, Engineers) to move deals forward, consistently deliver ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach, develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings, provide timely input to corporate functions, create ROI and business justification reports using data-driven methods, and run tight POCs based on business success criteria.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, master complex deal execution in technical environments, build and scale a territory from the ground up in the Nordics, strengthen your ability to sell to C-level executives, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI infrastructure, enterprise graphs, and agentic AI systems — positioning you as a strategic advisor in the future of work.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of closing experience in sales with a proven track record of being a top performer
- • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product and adapt quickly in a fast-growing, evolving environment
- • Clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizational structures
- • Experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives
- • Knowledge of best-in-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics
- • Previous experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
- • Experience working collaboratively with SEs, BDRs, PMs, executives, and engineers
- • Based in the Nordics with deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices
