- • Join Vonage as a Strategic Solution Architect to drive technical leadership and consultative value generation for Network Powered Solutions, ensuring complex customer deals are value-driven, technically sound, and scalable.
- • Act as the technical authority for enterprise sales opportunities, leading customer discussions to uncover challenges, define architectures, and validate solutions from qualification through close.
- • Partner with Sales Overlay Leads and cross-functional teams to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, support solution-led selling, and enable repeatable revenue through reference architectures and solution patterns.
- • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and integration risks early in the sales cycle, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams with proper documentation and success criteria.
- • Serve as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Operations, providing field feedback to shape product roadmap and drive internal enablement through training and playbooks.
- • Work within a global, innovative cloud communications leader empowering brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat to accelerate digital transformation through programmable communications APIs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
- • Proven experience supporting complex, enterprise-grade sales motions
- • Strong background in platform, API/CPaaS, Telco, cloud, network, or SaaS architectures
- • Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business language
- • Experience operating in matrixed, global organizations
- • Experience in overlay or specialist sales support roles (preferred)
- • Exposure to launching or scaling new products or strategic solutions (preferred)
- • Familiarity with vertical-specific architectures and regulated environments (preferred)
