- • Commercial Lead for ZURU's Beauty Vertical, responsible for executing commercial plans across supply, product, and financials to drive performance in global markets and distribution partners.
- • Own pricing and trade strategy, global demand planning, joint business plans (JBPs), and retailer negotiations, with every decision grounded in data.
- • Operate with full ownership and accountability, reporting to the Commercial Director for Beauty & Pet, in a fast-moving, low-layered environment that empowers quick decision-making and impact.
- • Contribute to scaling ZURU's beauty brands (including MONDAY Haircare, DAISE) from incubation to nearly $500M in retail sales, with ambition to build legacy brands and expand toward $1B.
- • Work within a disruptive, innovation-driven FMCG company that values radical innovation, automation, and ownership, with over 5,000 team members across 30+ international locations.
- • Drive performance by exceeding plans through opportunity identification and gap closure before they slow momentum, in a business scaling fast with real complexity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven commercial mindset with experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods sectors.
- • Strong analytical skills and ability to ground decisions in data for pricing, trade strategy, and demand planning.
- • Experience managing end-to-end commercial processes including supply, product, and financials across global markets.
- • Track record in retailer negotiations, joint business planning (JBPs), and trade strategy execution.
- • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environments with ownership and accountability.
- • Experience working in scaling businesses with ambition to build legacy brands.
