- • As a Mid-Market Sales Manager for Growth Markets (CEE, Italy & MEA) at HubSpot, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives responsible for driving revenue in key international territories, ensuring alignment with HubSpot’s world-class sales methodology while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and customer obsession.
- • You will lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals by tracking activity metrics, forecasting opportunities, and hitting revenue targets; build confidence and trust with direct reports through consistent developmental feedback; coach team members to refine professional sales skills using consultative techniques; collaborate with other sales leaders and executives to scale business growth; supervise and conduct training on inbound sales, product knowledge, and marketing topics; maintain headcount by recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new Account Executives; stay current on HubSpot platform updates and inbound marketing best practices; develop and execute territory-specific growth plans for CEE, Italy, and MEA markets; and embody HubSpot’s core values and leadership traits in all interactions.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership and coaching competencies, deepen your expertise in scaling sales operations across diverse international markets, and gain strategic experience in territory planning, team development, and revenue operations—positioning you for future growth into senior sales leadership or commercial strategy roles within HubSpot’s global organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional fluency in English is required
- • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team, preferably in a mid-market or enterprise environment
- • Proven ability to lead a consultative sales process, segment territories effectively, and drive consistent quota attainment
- • Superior coaching skills with demonstrated ability to observe, evaluate, and apply techniques to improve individual and team performance
- • Strong analytical skills to identify trends in activity and results, diagnose gaps, and implement data-driven behavior changes and growth plans
- • Excellent prospecting abilities across the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategise, Demo & Close Call)
- • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple competing objectives while maintaining high accuracy
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive business outcomes
- • High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to motivate individuals and teams while maintaining a positive, resilient attitude
- • Personal accountability for achieving team goals and a growth-oriented mindset
