- • You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our venue operators, understanding their unique business challenges and guiding them towards leveraging Perfect Venue's capabilities to their fullest potential. Your expertise will directly contribute to their ability to compete effectively with larger chains by streamlining their private event and catering operations.
- • A significant part of your role will involve proactive customer engagement. This means not just reacting to issues, but actively reaching out to clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of the platform, identifying opportunities for them to expand their event business, and gathering valuable feedback to inform our product development.
- • You will be responsible for leading the onboarding process for new customers. This involves conducting thorough product training sessions tailored to the specific needs of each venue's team, ensuring a smooth setup of their accounts, configuring workflows, and assisting with any necessary integrations. Your goal is to guide them to achieve early successes and rapid product adoption, setting them up for long-term satisfaction.
- • In the realm of customer support, you will be the first line of defense, responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across various channels, including chat, email, and video calls. You'll be adept at troubleshooting issues, providing thoughtful and timely solutions, and escalating complex product bugs or technical challenges to our internal engineering and product teams.
- • Maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and response times is paramount. You will continuously monitor customer sentiment and proactively address any concerns to ensure a consistently positive experience.
- • As an Account Manager, you will cultivate strong, enduring relationships with your portfolio of clients. This involves regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic discussions to drive engagement, ensure retention, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services as Perfect Venue expands its offerings.
- • You will play a vital role in the product feedback loop, actively soliciting insights from customers about their experience, pain points, and desired features. These insights are invaluable and will be shared with the Product team to influence the future direction of our platform.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality and events industry, coupled with a passion for technology and customer success. You will become an expert in Perfect Venue's features and benefits, translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for our clients.
- • By ensuring our customers are successful, you directly contribute to Perfect Venue's growth and mission of democratizing event management technology for independent venues. You are the bridge between our product and our customers' success, making this a highly impactful and rewarding position.
- • You will be expected to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure all customers receive the attention they need, whether it's a quick question via chat or a comprehensive training session via video conference.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Events Sales Manager, Customer Success Specialist, Account Manager, or a related customer support position.
- • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- • Demonstrated comfort and proficiency in leading video calls, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering training sessions.
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- • Experience within the SaaS industry or hospitality technology sector is a significant advantage.
