- • As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Deel, you will be the pivotal point of contact for our mid-market clients, acting as the primary ambassador for our revolutionary all-in-one payroll and HR platform. Your core mission will be to ensure a seamless and successful transition for new clients, setting the stage for enduring, value-driven relationships with Deel. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional project management capabilities, and a deep commitment to client success, all while operating within a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the intricacies of our platform and its capabilities. This involves understanding their unique business needs, operational challenges, and strategic objectives to provide tailored guidance on product utilization and best practices. Your expertise will empower clients to leverage Deel effectively, driving operational efficiency and enabling their global expansion.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate on-time onboarding through meticulous project management. This involves coordinating and managing all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to project timelines. You will be the conductor of the onboarding orchestra, ensuring every instrument plays in harmony to deliver a flawless launch.
- • You will become a Deel product virtuoso, developing a profound understanding of our comprehensive suite of services, including HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, and equipment management. This deep product knowledge, coupled with an awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape, will enable you to articulate Deel's value proposition with confidence and clarity.
- • Your communication skills will be paramount. You will engage with clients and internal teams through clear, persuasive, and professional interactions, building credibility and fostering strong working relationships. You will translate complex technical and operational concepts into actionable insights for clients, ensuring they fully grasp how Deel can solve their specific challenges and support their growth.
- • Problem-solving is at the heart of this role. You will proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues that may arise during the onboarding process. This requires a resourceful and creative approach, drawing upon your understanding of global payroll, HR operations, and Deel's platform to deliver effective solutions.
- • As an internal advocate for our clients, you will champion their needs and provide valuable feedback to Deel's product and R&D teams. This ensures that our offerings continue to evolve and meet the dynamic demands of the global workforce. You will be the voice of the customer within Deel, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- • You will contribute significantly to team goals by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience, Sales, and Engineering. Your ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, high-performance environment will be crucial for collective success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent level of French and English.
- • 3+ years of experience in a customer onboarding role supporting a B2B SaaS product, ideally within HR, Payroll, or Finance domains.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on execution and anticipating next steps.
- • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and a passion for teaching and guiding others.
