  • • You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients throughout the critical onboarding phase. This involves providing strategic guidance on operational best practices and product-specific functionalities, helping them navigate the complexities of global payroll, compliance, and HR management. Your expertise will empower clients to optimize their processes and maximize the benefits of Deel's integrated platform, which encompasses HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management.
  • • Simultaneously, you will be a proactive and influential internal advocate for our clients. By championing new products, features, and capabilities, you will facilitate the expansion of each client's engagement with Deel, ensuring they are aware of and can benefit from our continuous innovation. This dual role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable insights for our internal teams.
  • • A core responsibility is to facilitate on-time onboarding through effective project management. You will orchestrate and manage all stakeholders involved in the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication, timely execution of tasks, and proactive problem-solving to overcome any obstacles. This includes guiding clients through low and medium-touch journeys, ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
  • • You will become an expert in Deel's suite of products, enabling you to guide clients effectively and troubleshoot issues with confidence. Your ability to quickly ramp up on complex B2B SaaS products will be crucial in providing accurate and timely support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role, with a proven understanding of launching and managing complex onboarding journeys.
  • • 1-2 years of experience with Professional Employer Organization (PEO) models and operations.
  • • Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product, with the ability to quickly become a product expert.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
  • • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and a track record of successfully leading projects to completion.
