  • • As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Marketcircle Inc., you will be the pivotal guide for new customers, ensuring their journey from initial signup to sustained adoption is seamless, empowering, and ultimately successful. Your primary mission is to instill momentum, provide unwavering clarity, and illuminate the inherent value of Daylite, our flagship product, right from the outset.
  • • You will engage directly with customers, acting as a trusted advisor to translate their unique business goals and aspirations into tangible, effective workflows within Daylite. This hands-on approach ensures that customers don't just learn the software, but actively leverage it to achieve meaningful early wins, fostering a sense of accomplishment and confidence.
  • • A key responsibility is to orchestrate a smooth and intentional transition from the trial period to day-to-day usage. This involves proactive engagement, anticipating potential challenges, and providing timely support to solidify their commitment and build lasting habits.
  • • This role is fundamentally customer-facing, blending the critical functions of onboarding, diligent post-sale follow-through, and proactive early customer success management. The overarching focus is on accelerating the time-to-value, building customer confidence, and cultivating sustained engagement with our platform.
  • • You will own the critical early customer lifecycle, from the moment of commitment through to activation and the establishment of early adoption patterns. This encompasses a range of activities designed to set customers up for long-term success.
  • • Conduct personalized and group onboarding sessions, meticulously tailored to the specific needs and business contexts of our diverse customer base. These sessions will go beyond basic feature walkthroughs, focusing on strategic implementation and best practices.
  • • Reinforce the unique value proposition of Daylite throughout the onboarding process, consistently demonstrating how it addresses customer pain points and contributes to their business objectives.
  • • Help customers build sustainable habits within Daylite, ensuring the software becomes an integral and indispensable part of their daily operations, rather than a tool that is used sporadically.
  • • Serve as a crucial connective layer, bridging the gap between initial sales conversations, the guidance provided during onboarding, and the ongoing support offered by our customer service teams. This ensures a cohesive and coherent customer experience, eliminating the friction often associated with disconnected handoffs.
  • • This role is ideally suited for an individual who finds deep satisfaction in empowering customers to achieve success through clear, structured, and calm guidance. You are motivated by the genuine 'aha!' moment when a customer truly understands and embraces the power of Daylite, rather than simply ticking off tasks on a checklist.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and refining onboarding strategies and materials, contributing to a scalable and effective customer success framework.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain further value from Daylite, suggesting advanced features or alternative use cases as they become more comfortable.
  • • Monitor customer progress and engagement during the initial phases, intervening with personalized support or resources when signs of struggle or disengagement appear.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • • Gather feedback from new customers regarding their onboarding experience and product usability, relaying this valuable insight to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • • Champion the voice of the new customer internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring their early experiences are positive and productive.
  • • Contribute to building a strong foundation of customer loyalty and advocacy from the very beginning of their relationship with Marketcircle.
  • • You will be a key player in reducing churn by ensuring customers quickly realize and consistently experience the value of Daylite, making it an indispensable tool for their business operations.
  • • The ultimate goal is to transform new users into confident, proficient, and enthusiastic advocates for Daylite, setting the stage for long-term retention and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Onboarding Specialist, Account Management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on guiding users through software adoption.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
  • • Demonstrated ability to understand customer business needs and translate them into practical software solutions and workflows.
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
  • • Proficiency with CRM software and other customer management tools.
