  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing and cultivating our most critical commercial relationships within the dynamic global clean energy ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on nurturing and expanding partnerships with key entities such as the I-TRACK Foundation, local issuers of environmental commodities, platform operators, registrants, and other vital participants in these markets. This position demands a proactive approach to ensuring our partners receive unparalleled service, thereby reinforcing the integrity and efficiency of the markets we serve.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and mutual benefit. This involves understanding their unique business needs, challenges, and objectives within the clean energy and environmental commodity space, and aligning Evident’s registry platform services to meet and exceed these expectations.
  • • A core responsibility will be to drive the adoption and effective utilization of Evident’s registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs). This includes educating partners on the value proposition of our services, guiding them through onboarding processes, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and operational success. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and scalability of the EAC market.
  • • You will play a crucial role in safeguarding and enhancing market integrity. This involves working closely with partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, promoting best practices in the issuance and trading of environmental commodities, and proactively identifying and mitigating any potential risks to market credibility.
  • • The role requires a deep understanding of the clean energy landscape, including various types of environmental commodities, regulatory frameworks, and market trends. You will be expected to stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to both your partners and internal Xpansiv teams.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Legal, to ensure a cohesive and effective partner experience. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for addressing partner inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform and services.
  • • Developing and executing tailored engagement strategies for each partner will be key. This may involve organizing regular review meetings, conducting workshops, providing market intelligence, and co-developing solutions that leverage Evident’s capabilities to address specific partner needs.
  • • You will be responsible for monitoring partner satisfaction and performance, gathering feedback, and using this information to drive improvements and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Evident and Xpansiv services.
  • • The Strategic Relationship Manager will also contribute to the development of case studies and success stories that highlight the value and impact of Evident’s platform, further strengthening our market position and attracting new partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or business development within the energy, environmental commodities, or related technology sectors.
  • • Strong understanding of the clean energy ecosystem, including Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs), renewable energy markets, and sustainability principles.
  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful relationship strategies.
  • • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
