- • As a Customer Relationship Manager (CSM) at Centific, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our key enterprise accounts. This role demands a strategic mindset coupled with strong execution capabilities, particularly in delivery oversight and fostering deep customer satisfaction. You will be the crucial link between our clients, our operations teams, and our technical experts, guaranteeing high-quality outcomes and cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass serving as the primary point of contact for assigned AI/ML enterprise accounts. This involves developing robust, executive-level relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. A key focus will be driving customer retention, maximizing satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- • You will be instrumental in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at client offices, gaining deep insights into their ongoing needs and discovering future outsourcing project plans. A thorough understanding of core AI data workflows is essential. This includes expertise in data annotation and labeling, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and human-in-the-loop processes, model evaluation and benchmarking, safety and alignment services, and multilingual data operations.
- • Furthermore, you will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing accounts, contributing directly to revenue growth. You will also provide critical support for contract renewals and engage in commercial discussions, collaborating closely with our Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to refine account strategies.
- • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI data operations, with specific experience in data curation, collection, and supervised fine-tuning, particularly as served by Remote Crowd services. You will act as the bridge, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across customer expectations, operational execution, and technical delivery.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to client management, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. You will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle within your portfolio, from initial engagement through to ongoing partnership and growth. Your ability to navigate complex client organizations and build consensus will be paramount to success.
