- • Serve as the primary afternoon/evening point of contact for guests, homeowners, housekeepers, and internal team members in a short-term and mid-term rental property management environment.
- • Deliver 5-star customer service across multiple communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
- • Manage reservation modifications, same-day check-in instructions, and accurate dissemination of guest information per company protocols.
- • Review guest questionnaires and verify reservation details for completeness and correctness before guest arrival.
- • Vet all incoming guests and maintain updated tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- • Monitor and manage smart lock systems, including issuing and updating access codes for guests and service providers.
- • Keep property listings accurate and up to date across all platforms, including Zillow and other rental channels.
- • Manage guest reviews, escalate 3-star or lower reviews with detailed reporting and actionable insights to the team.
- • Coordinate with housekeeping and property care teams to resolve guest issues in real time and ensure timely service delivery.
- • Communicate reservation date changes, cancellations, and booking adjustments to Rental Guardian and internal systems.
- • Maintain accurate calendars, block dates, and cancellation records to prevent double bookings and operational errors.
- • Monitor Slack channels daily and update tasks in Monday/Breezeway to ensure all operational items are tracked and resolved.
- • Ensure all maintenance requests are properly documented, assigned, and followed up until resolution.
- • Perform daily operational tasks including trash reminders, departure review adjustments, and compliance checks.
- • Support special projects and additional team requests as needed to contribute to overall operational excellence.
- • Maintain high attention to detail and organizational discipline in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- • Uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional hospitality by consistently exceeding guest and homeowner expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years’ experience in short-term rental or hospitality management
- • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- • Experience with property management software, Slack, and task management systems preferred
- • Problem-solver with a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
