📋 Description
- • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients with rare and complex conditions, handling 75–100 inbound calls per day with professionalism and empathy.
- • Coordinate and schedule medication shipments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to patient treatment plans.
- • Provide clear, accurate updates on order status, medication availability, and delivery timelines to patients and their families.
- • Assist patients with payment collection, co-pay assistance programs, and insurance-related inquiries.
- • Transfer calls to specialized departments when advanced clinical, billing, or technical support is required.
- • Use sound judgment to de-escalate sensitive or emotionally charged conversations while maintaining compliance and patient trust.
- • Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in all interactions, meeting strict performance and quality metrics.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving processes, systems, and patient needs in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- • Complete a mandatory 12-week training period with no absences, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- • After training, work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST in a fully remote capacity.
- • Ensure reliable internet access via cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
- • Maintain a distraction-free home workspace with no dependent care responsibilities during scheduled work hours.
- • Demonstrate accountability, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills while managing high call volumes and complex patient needs.
- • Communicate clearly and professionally, adhering to healthcare compliance standards and company protocols.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 months of customer service experience
- • High school diploma or equivalency
- • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain information clearly
- • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- • Reliable internet access and a distraction-free home workspace
- • Ability to attend and complete full 12-week training without absences
