- • As a Customer Success Associate at Certn Inc., you will be instrumental in ensuring our scaled, one-to-many customer base thrives, acting as a pivotal point of contact for clients in a growth phase.
- • Your primary focus will be on customer enablement, proactively identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion, and guiding these customers through established playbooks to align with their growth objectives.
- • You will own the general customer onboarding process from start to finish, managing the entire customer lifecycle, including contract management, to ensure a seamless and successful integration with Certn's services.
- • A key responsibility involves maintaining a consistent and engaging communication cadence with customers, utilizing HubSpot to track crucial information such as customer stories, identified opportunities, onboarding progress, at-risk accounts, and churn indicators.
- • You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving by collaborating effectively with internal teams to resolve challenges and identify areas for improvement in the overall customer experience.
- • This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across all departments to address customer queries, complaints, and enhancement requests, ensuring that customer feedback is channeled effectively to drive product and service improvements.
- • You will be expected to adhere to established playbooks, meticulously maintain customer records within HubSpot, and diligently track all customer interactions to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive customer profiles.
- • Become a recognized center of excellence for our customer base, providing essential support for migration efforts and consolidating customer experiences into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and other relevant departments.
- • You will actively implement strategies designed to reduce customer churn and enhance overall customer loyalty, contributing directly to the company's retention goals.
- • Leverage data analysis to identify potential churn targets, develop and execute mutual plans of success with these customers to maintain high levels of satisfaction and secure continued engagement.
- • This role is crucial for fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring clients maximize the value derived from Certn's offerings, and contributing to sustained revenue growth through effective retention and expansion strategies.
- • You will work within a remote-first environment, requiring strong self-discipline and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a globally distributed team, potentially accommodating flexibility for cross-time zone collaboration.
- • The position follows standard business hours in your local time zone, generally 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with the understanding that some flexibility may be needed to support team collaboration across Pacific and GMT time zones.
