- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire podcast production lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring seamless delivery of branded B2B podcast series.
- • Conduct structured onboarding calls with new clients to align on goals, timelines, and success metrics for each podcast series.
- • Define and manage production milestones for episode planning, guest scheduling, recording, editing, and distribution, ensuring all deliverables meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- • Maintain and update client-specific timelines, guest calendars, and hand-off points within the CRM system to ensure full visibility and accountability.
- • Configure and monitor automated workflows in Zapier or Make to trigger task reminders, asset requests, and approval nudges, minimizing manual follow-ups and reducing operational friction.
- • Analyze weekly podcast performance metrics including download trends, listener feedback, and campaign engagement data to extract actionable insights for clients.
- • Translate analytical insights into clear, concise recommendations that help client marketing teams amplify reach and maximize thought-leadership impact.
- • Proactively identify and resolve production obstacles such as audio quality issues, guest cancellations, or shifting client priorities by proposing solutions and aligning internal teams.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with editors, designers, and strategists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality podcast content and supporting assets.
- • Deliver regular, polished status updates to clients via written communication, ensuring transparency and building trust through consistent, reliable engagement.
- • Track client satisfaction and retention indicators to support long-term partnership growth and renewal opportunities.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect a calm, solutions-first approach, maintaining professionalism under pressure and adapting to evolving client needs.
- • Leverage familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and B2B marketing metrics to enhance client communication and operational efficiency.
- • Automate repetitive tasks related to guest intake, transcript delivery, and social clip generation to scale operations without compromising quality.
- • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by demonstrating deep understanding of their storytelling goals and translating them into repeatable, scalable production processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Three or more years managing post-sale relationships for a tech-enabled service, preferably in media, content marketing, or SaaS
- • Hands-on fluency with workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- • Proven experience running client meetings via Zoom and delivering clear written updates
